Conducting testing is a crucial component of any PCB manufacturing and assembly workflow. We maintain extensive PCB testing capabilities to ensure the integrity of produced PCBs. After complete testing, we’ll provide all the necessary data, digital files and drawings to streamline the production process.
We offer manual pick-and-place solutions inside our facility for smaller single-sided boards. Using our NeoDen 3 zone reflow oven, we can assemble board prototypes up to 12” x 7”.
Our team will manage the production and assembly of PCBs through several U.S.-based contract manufacturers. This can include referrals to our partners or having Via Technology take full responsibility of PCB production from testing to delivery.
